Access to the construction site and daycare center are spatially separated. A school bus stop is located in the public square in front of the construction site. - Hazardous substances / contamination: Reference to the results report of the 2025 pollutant survey. Work in contaminated areas (including PAHs) according to DGUV Rule 101-004 (BGR 128) must be coordinated. - Topography / logistics: Location on a public school square with turning possibility; construction site is located in a listed manor complex, sufficient storage and setup areas in the area of the former schoolyard. - Hazard areas: Fall heights of more than 5 meters, two fully developed and converted mansard floors + tower (peak approx. 17.60 m above ground) 1.4 Framework schedule - Planning phase (service level 1): expected from 12/2026 to 01/2027 - Execution phase (service level 2): expected from 01/2027 to 12/2028 (Duration: approx. 24 months) ________________________________________ 2. Creation of the documentation: Initial compilation of the documentation for later work on the structure (documentation of features for the safe execution of later maintenance, cleaning, and repair work) according to RAB 32. 2.2 Service level 2: Execution phase (construction phase) The services in the execution phase include in particular: 1. Announcement and instruction: Information and instruction of all construction companies (including subcontractors) on the SiGe plan and site regulations before they commence their activities. 2.
