Als Team Eropaf richten wij ons in belangrijke mate op inwoners met beginnende schulden maar met name ook op inwoners die al enige jaren met schuldenproblematiek te maken hebben. Team Eropaf zoekt proactief contact met betreffende groep inwoners om ondersteuning te bieden om uit de schuldensituatie te komen. De medewerker Team Eropaf werkt op een ?outreachende? manier, het verkrijgen van vertrouwen bij de inwoner en die kunnen motiveren richting een oplossing zijn belangrijke waarden in dit werk. Dat vraagt van de professional niet alleen kennis van schuldhulpverlening maar juist ook van gesprekstechnieken. Je gaat het brede gesprek aan met een inwoner en brengt de inwoner op een coachende wijze in beweging. Als medewerker van Team Eropaf werk je nauw samen met je collega ?s van het Team Eropaf, je collega's van de Kredietbank Midden-Groningen en de collega ?s vanuit het sociaal team. Daarnaast onderhoud je vele andere contacten die belangrijk kunnen zijn voor de ondersteuning van de inwoner, bijvoorbeeld met de sociale dienst maar ook met de voedselbank of vrijwilligers van Schuldhulpmaatje.
