Pantry agreement

Mellerud Municipality is conducting a procurement for a pantry agreement for the purchase of food and supplies in consumer packaging and invites bidders, hereinafter referred to as the supplier, to submit bids. The procurement is carried out with the aim of establishing pantry agreements with several full-range grocery stores in the local area. The agreement shall meet the needs of the administrations, companies, and their operations for smaller purchases of food, e.g., consumer packaging, small amounts of household goods, hygiene articles, seasonal goods, etc. The pantry agreement is primarily a supplementary agreement to the municipality's other food agreements and other agreements. The procurement aims to achieve a consistent and high level of food for, among other things, the municipality's smaller units such as nursing homes, youth centers, schools, preschools, etc. Some purchases are also of the nature of educational purchases/social training, as these purchases are made with users etc. from various activities, which means walking to the store and purchasing goods for the activity. Agreements will be signed with all stores that meet the requirements of the procurement. The pantry agreement is primarily a supplementary agreement to the municipality's other food agreements and other agreements.
