Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je odstranění odpadu zařazeného dle vyhlášky č. 8/2021 Sb., o Katalogu odpadů a posuzování vlastností odpadů (Katalog odpadů) pod katalogovým číslem 20 03 01 Směsný komunální dopad (dále jen „odpad“) uložením na skládce. Zadavatel požaduje, aby účastník poskytoval služby odstranění odpadu po celou dobu plnění veřejné zakázky prostřednictvím jednoho zařízení uvedeného v Návrhu smlouvy, které disponuje dostatečnou kapacitou pro plnění veřejné zakázky v předpokládaném rozsahu.
