Die Baugenehmigung liegt in Form der Plangenehmigung vor. Grundlage der Entwurfsplanung ist die vorliegende Entwurfs-/Genehmigungsplanung. Die vorstehenden Planunterlagen sind im Zuge der Projektrealisierung für die Lph 5-8 weiter zu bearbeiten, um die Baumaßnahme zu realisieren. Im Zug der Weiterführung der Planung sind folgende geringfügige Änderungen in die Planung einzuarbeiten: Für das Gebäude 2 ist eine Gaszentralheizung zu planen und einzubauen. Im Gebäude ist des Weiteren eine Personaltoilette vorzusehen. Öf- Objektplanung Gebäude gem. Teil 3, Abschnitt 1 §34 HOAI, einschl. der für die Objekte erforderlichen Fachplanungen Leistungsphase 2-4, optional 5-9 - einschl. der für die Objekte erforderliche Tragwerksplanung gem.
