Sludge suction (vehicle + crew – 2 persons) for Roskilde Power Plant

The present tender concerns the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the purchase of sludge suction (vehicle + crew – 2 persons) at Roskilde Power Plant. The tasks involve flushing and/or suction at various locations on and around the power plant and similar tasks. The tendered framework agreement has a duration of 4 years with the possibility of extension for 4 x 12 months. The framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier. The estimated value of the framework agreement for the entire agreement period, including the option period, is estimated, based on future expected need/based on previous consumption, to be DKK 11,000,000. The estimated value is purely indicative and cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover. Volume may vary both upwards and downwards during the agreement period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 16,500,000. The contracting authority has chosen not to divide the framework agreement into sub-contracts, as it is not considered appropriate, including that sludge suction tasks require coordination with different groups of employees at the power plant, which one supplier can better guarantee, and that sub-contracts would divide responsibility in a way that makes it difficult to handle errors and deficiencies.
