Derden die een kort geding willen aanspannen jegens het waterschap dienen dit tijdig voor de afloop van de vervaltermijn van 20 kalenderdagen schriftelijk mede te delen aan het waterschap onder gelijktijdige toezending van een concept dagvaarding (via mail naar bvdwassenberg@dommel.nl) € 490.037
