Hankinnan kohteena on SMS gateway- ja tekstiviestipalvelu, jonka avulla hankintayksikkö voi lähettää tekstiviestejä eri tietojärjestelmistä luotettavasti, tietoturvallisesti ja toimintavarmasti. Palvelua käytetään muun muassa tiedotteisiin, hälytyksiin sekä ajanvaraus- ja muistutusviesteihin. Hankinta toteutetaan julkisena hankintana hankintalain 1397/2016 mukaisesti.
