Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dílčí stavební úpravy stávajícího objektu domova mládeže na adrese Riegrova čp. 2004, Hořice. Součástí stavebních prací je zateplení obvodových stěn, výměna oken a dveří, zateplení ploché střechy a celková rekonstrukce lodžií včetně úpravy elektrorozvodů v ubytovacích místnostech a na chodbách objektu. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dále dodávka a instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny na ploché střeše stávajícího objektu domova mládeže. Všechny výše uvedené práce budou provedeny v souladu s podmínkami zadavatele, v souladu s vypracovanou projektovou dokumentaci a stavebním povolením.
