Original language: skProjekt rieši regeneráciu vnútroblokových priestorov v Sadoch Cyrila a Metoda s uplatnením ekologických princípov tvorby a ochrany zelene, jedná sa o plochy verejnej zelene s občianskou vybavenosťou. Prevádzkovateľom stavby bude mesto Nová Dubnica, užívateľom obyvatelia a návštevníci mesta Nová Dubnica. Plocha vyčlenená pre regeneráciu a sadové úpravy je rovinatá, bez výrazných výškových zmien. Plochy navrhované na regeneráciu občianskej vybavenosti – mobiliáru, detského ihriska, parku pre seniorov a doplnenie zelene, ktoré treba zrekonštruovať, sú rozdelené na tri vnútrobloky. 1. Vnútroblok – Park pre seniorov (parcela č. KN C 172), plocha určená na regeneráciu má výmeru 469 m². Na danej ploche už existuje petangové ihrisko pre seniorov. 2. Vnútroblok – Park s fontánou pre všetky vekové kategórie (parcela č. KN C 189) - park s jestvujúcou fontánou a lavičkami, plocha určená na regeneráciu má výmeru 2440 m². 3. Vnútroblok – Park s detským ihriskom a oddychovou zónou pre starších (parcela č. KN C 187), plocha určená na regeneráciu má výmeru 2670 m². Časť 3 rieši: SO 03 –Sadovnícke úpravy Bližšia charakteristika predmetu zákazky je špecifikovaná v projektovej dokumentácii, ktorá je prílohou súťažných podkladov. ZODPOVEDNÝ PROJEKTANT: aut. Arch.
