KVK zet vol in op digitalisering en heeft zichzelf als doel gesteld om de beste digitale dienstverlener te worden binnen de publieke sector. De hoeveelheid informatie die ondernemers op zich af krijgen groeit elke dag explosief. Om de beste digitale dienstverlener te worden maakt KVK gebruik van o.a. het sub-domein Ondernemersplein.overheid.nl. Daarnaast bestaat er de website Business.gov.nl, het offici?le en centrale informatiepunt van de overheid voor buitenlandse ondernemers. In nauwe samenwerking met diverse overheidspartners, zoals de Belastingdienst en CBS zorgen we dat ondernemers ??n antwoord van de overheid krijgen op hun vragen. We bieden ondernemers alle informatie van de (semi-)overheid die zij nodig hebben om te ondernemen. Van het starten tot het stoppen van een bedrijf, van wetgeving tot belastingregels en van subsidies tot branche-informatie. De opdracht betreft een tijdelijke inhuur voor een Social Media Specialist die ervoor zorgt dat ondernemers KVK via onze social media kanalen weten te vinden, met als doel dat opdrachtnemer diens specifieke expertise inzet voor complexe projecten op een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte manier te laten slagen. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd: - Werkt met social media kanalen zoals Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, WhatsApp, Snapchat en Reddit en denkt strategisch;- Zorgt voor relevante content in tekst en beeld waarmee ondernemers inhoudelijk worden ge?nformeerd;- Haalt input op bij onze content teams en ondernemersadviseurs;- Zorgt voor samenhang van de social kanalen met de overall marketing kalender;- Cre?ert social media campagnes en content die passen bij onze kanalen;- Analyseert de resultaten van de kanalen en campagnes en doet van daaruit verbetervoorstellen; waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden: - Strategisch gebruik van social media kanalen zoals Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn en andere om de zichtbaarheid te vergroten;- Relevante en informatieve content in tekst en beeld gecre?erd voor ondernemers;- Input opgehaald bij contentteams en ondernemersadviseurs om waardevolle content te ontwikkelen;- Social media kanalen effectief afgestemd op de overall marketingkalender voor samenhangende communicatie;- Social media campagnes en content succesvol gecre?erd, passend bij de verschillende kanalen;- Resultaten van social media kanalen en campagnes geanalyseerd en verbetervoorstellen ge?mplementeerd. De opdracht eindigt wanneer de gevraagde resultaten opgeleverd zijn, waarbij geldt dat uitloop is mogelijk afhankelijk van de voortgang van de beschikbaarheid.
