Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het verwerven, inrichten en uiterlijk 28 juli 2026 in gebruik nemen van één softwarepakket dat gebruikt wordt voor de aanpak van ondermijning binnen de gemeenten Hillegom, Lisse en Teylingen. Deze moet maximaal aansluiten bij de wensen en behoeften van HLTsamen, voor de best mogelijke prijs.
De software dient de gebruiker bij het behandelen van meldingen/signalen/casuïstiek stap voor stap dwingen tot het volgen van de privacywetgeving. Daarnaast is het van belang dat het overzichtelijk (per casus op 1 scherm), gebruiksvriendelijk en snel werkt.
