Rahmenbedingungen • Start: ab 01.10.2026 • Zeithorizont: 5 Jahre, verlängerbar um weitere 2 Jahre • Los 1: Senior Packaging Engineer (80%) • Los 2: AVOR / Requirements & Senior Packaging Engineer (60%) • Los 3: Workplace Engineer – Endpoint, Packaging, Deployment & Troubleshooting (60%) • Arbeitsort: Flughafen Zürich AG, Circle, 8058 Flughafen Zürich; Vor-Ort-Anteil 2/3 der Arbeitszeit, Home-Office-Anteil 1/3 der Arbeitszeit • Auftraggeber und fachliche Führung: Teamlead ICT Windows Platforms Die drei ausgeschriebenen Rollen bilden gemeinsam ein operatives Team, das die durchgehende Verfügbarkeit über die gesamte Arbeitswoche sicherstellt. Trotz klarer fachlicher Abgrenzung arbeiten die Rollen eng verzahnt, übernehmen zeitkritische Aufgaben (inkl. Emergency Packaging, Troubleshooting und Support) und gewährleisten durch gegenseitige Stellvertretung die kontinuierliche Erfüllung aller Betriebsprozesse. Eine der drei Rollen ist für die Koordination des Teams verantwortlich und fungiert als zentrale Ansprechperson. Leistungsgegenstand Die Flughafen Zürich AG sucht einen erfahrenen externen Dienstleister für die kontinuierliche Softwarepaketierung, Pflege und Bereitstellung von Applikationen in einer komplexen und sicherheitskritischen Enterprise‑Umgebung. Die Dienstleistung umfasst den gesamten Lifecycle der Applikationsbereitstellung und beinhaltet insbesondere die eigenständige Umsetzung, Koordination und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung folgender Tätigkeiten: Anforderungsaufnahme & AVOR • Strukturierte Aufnahme, Klärung und Spezifikation fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen • Sicherstellung vollständiger Paketierungsgrundlagen (Installationsquellen, Versionen, Konfigurationen, Zertifikate, Dokumentationen) Technische Analyse • Prüfung der Installationslogik, Abhängigkeiten, Systemanforderungen, Silent Parameter • Bewertung von Risiken, Integrationsanforderungen und Testbarkeit • Berücksichtigung von Security Mechanismen (App Control for Business, AppLocker, Security Baselines) Paketierung • Erstellung standardisierter, vollständig automatisierter Installations , Update und Deinstallationsprozesse • Einsatz von PSADT (≥3.10.2), PowerShell, MSI Technologien, Repackaging Tools (AdminStudio, RayPack) • Nutzung von Patch My PC für automatisierte Bereitstellung und Updates Integration & Deployment • Technische Integration in Intune und MECM • Konfiguration, Zuweisung und Steuerung der Bereitstellung und deren Monitoring • Unterstützung von Windows 10/11 und Windows Server Testing & Abnahme • Planung und Durchführung strukturierter Tests (z.B. Smoke Tests) • Dokumentation von Testergebnissen, Einschränkungen und Freigaben Betrieb & Lifecycle • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Pakete • Umsetzung zeitkritischer Anforderungen (Emergency Paketierungen) • Sicherstellung der operativen Verfügbarkeit Troubleshooting • Eigenständiges Troubleshooting mit dem Endkunden und weiteren Beteiligten inkl. Support-Organisation auf Paketierungs-, Deployment- und Endpoint-Ebene sowie Ursachenanalyse und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Lösungen zur Vermeidung wiederkehrender Probleme Weiterentwicklung • Optimierung von Standards, Prozessen, Automatisierung und Templates, aktiver Lead an der Weiterentwicklung von Paketierungsrichtlinien, Automatisierungslösungen sowie der zugrunde liegenden Betriebs- und Engineering-Prozesse • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen (FIES, FIBE, AV, FV)
