The Directorate of Financial Administration and Budgeting of Sectoral and Special Programs and Projects invites potential bidders to submit sealed bids for the contracting of a comprehensive cybersecurity solution under a TURNKEY modality according to the following details: UNIQUE LOT Item 1 - Central Perimeter Protection NGFW - Quantity: 2 Item 2 - Datacenter DMZ Protection NGFW - Quantity: 2 Item 3 - Dependencies Perimeter Protection NGFW - Quantity: 4 Item 4 - ZTNA VPN System - Quantity: 5000 Item 5 - EDR Antimalware System - Quantity: 2500 Item 6 - Authentication and MFA System - Quantity: 5000 Item 7 - Email Protection Equipment - Quantity: 2 Item 8 - Network Access Control Platform - Quantity: 2 Item 9 - Comprehensive Analytics System - Quantity: 1 Item 10 - Event Correlation and Automation System - Quantity: 1 This invitation is made within the framework of the provisions established in the contract between the Government of the Argentine Republic and UNDP, approved by Law No. 23.396 and the UNDP Project document, excluding all other regulations. Eligible bidders who are interested may obtain additional information and the Request for Proposals document, free of charge, at the following email address: COMPRASDAFYP@msal.gov.ar, starting October 20, 2026, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or it can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Health of the Nation https://www.argentina.gob.ar/salud Bids must be sent to the email address indicated at the end of this notice, no later than 11:30 AM on November 25, 2026. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. The opening will take place in the presence of representatives of the proponents who wish to attend in person at the address indicated at the end of this Call, at 12:00 PM on November 25, 2026. The contracting party will not be responsible for the loss or late delivery of bids, if they are rejected for such reason. It is reminded that bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security in accordance with the provisions of SDP 01/2026, IAP 14.1 and 14.2.
