Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the Virginia Department of Energy to obtain sealed bids for sonic drilling services in support of the Earth MRI Priority II Grant.The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of sonic drilling and is located at or near Kyanite Mining Corp and Crimora Mine Retreat.
