Contract - Printing Services University of Turku The University of Turku has requested tenders for a framework agreement for printing services. The University of Turku is an academic community of over 25,000 students and staff. University units and projects coordinated by the university require and order a wide variety of printed materials. In addition to marketing, communication, and event materials, the university produces materials related to research and teaching, publications, and books. Printing services are ordered independently by different units. The scope of the tender for printed products includes various printed marketing, event, and presentation materials such as flyers, brochures, invitations, posters, business cards, magazines, and softcover books, publications, and guides. Event and exhibition props such as exhibition walls and stands, fabric covers, roll-ups, etc., large-format special products are not included in the tender. Also not included in the tender are hardcover, bound books and university dissertations, for which a separate tender and framework agreement have been made. Copies and prints are mainly made on the university's own multifunction printers. A framework agreement for three (3) suppliers will be formed based on the tender competition. Of these three suppliers, the supplier for business cards will be selected based on the most favorable total price for the offered batches of business cards. A contract of indefinite duration will be made with the selected supplier. For other matters, suppliers will be tendered according to the contracting entity's current needs, either as a project, per order, or possibly on a fixed-term contract. Project tenders will practically always be carried out by written email inquiries. The tenderer has returned the properly completed Appendix 1 Price Form, which serves as a price comparison. Appendices 2 and 2.1 describe customer satisfaction as part of the quality comparison. Appendix 3 describes the use of a sample print job as part of the quality comparison. Appendix 3.1 is the actual sample print job. Appendix 4 is the Draft Agreement. Appendix 5 Campus Map illustrates the return of the sample print job, the physical location of the Signum building on the university hill.
