In afwachting van reguliere invulling van de vacature zijn we op zoek naar een interim Specialist Grondverwerving Opdrachtomschrijving De gemeente Oss staat bekend om haar innovatieve aanpak en het stimuleren van initiatief. Dan pas je perfect bij de gemeente Oss! Als Specialist Grondverwerving ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerven en beheren van grond en vastgoed, zodat de gemeente kan blijven groeien met nieuwe woningen, maatschappelijke voorzieningen en projecten die buurten versterken. Het team Vastgoedontwikkeling, met daarin de vakgroepen Grondzaken, Planeconomie en Vastgoedjuristen, werkt samen aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen het vakgebied. De samenwerking kenmerkt zich door professionele gedrevenheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Standplaats voor deze opdracht is Raadhuislaan 2 te Oss, Hybride werken is mogelijk, echter in verband met de begeleiding van de junior medewerker is een aanwezigheid van minimaal 2/3 van de tijd op kantoor vereist. Alleen inschrijvers die aantoonbaar voldoen aan de eisen en inschrijfcriteria, blijkend uit de aangeleverde documenten, worden beoordeeld; overige inschrijvingen worden uitgesloten. Indien een opdracht aan een ZZP'er wordt gegund, zullen de afspraken worden gemaakt in overeenstemming met de Wet DBA. Voor alle gunningscriteria geldt dat de vereiste ervaring is opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar en aantoonbaar dient aan te sluiten bij de inhoud en context van de opdracht.
