Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan Council is seeking to establish a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of specialist one-to-one tuition and mentoring services to support children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education or who require additional educational support. The framework will deliver high-quality educational interventions to: • Children in care and care leavers • Pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) • Pupils excluded from school or at risk of exclusion • Children receiving Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) • Young people not in education, employment or training (NEET) Provision may be required across a range of locations, including Bradford district and nationally (England, Scotland, Wales), and must be capable of rapid mobilisation (typically within 48 hours).
