Gemeente Waalwijk | Inrichting Stevige Lokale Teams | Tijdelijke opdracht Binnen de gemeente Waalwijk zijn we volop bezig met de inrichting en ontwikkeling van onze Stevige Lokale Teams (SLT). Deze teams vormen een belangrijke schakel in het versterken van zorg en veiligheid in onze wijken. Om deze ontwikkeling verder vorm te geven, zoeken we tijdelijk een ervaren Specialist Zorg en Veiligheid die als kartrekker, coach en adviseur bijdraagt aan de implementatie en doorontwikkeling van het SLT-concept. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt de implementatie van de Stevige Lokale Teams in de praktijk. Je coacht en adviseert de medewerkers binnen het SLT bij casu?stiek en het toepassen van methodieken. Je vertaalt inzichten en ervaringen uit de praktijk naar input voor de doorontwikkeling van het team. Je neemt actief deel aan relevante werkgroepen en denkt strategisch mee. Je brengt gevraagd en ongevraagd advies uit aan het Management Team over beleid, aanpak en borging. Aan het einde van je opdracht zorg je voor een goede overdracht door het inwerken en begeleiden van een nieuw te werven Specialist Zorg en Veiligheid.
