Special medical supplies for coronary interventional procedures

The subject of the order is special medical supplies for the Department of Interventional Cardiology. The planned procurement period is 36 months. The bidder's offer must meet the complete assortment and all minimum requirements for the parameters of the subject of the order defined below. If the offer does not meet any of the minimum requirements listed in this description or does not include any of the requested items, it will not be included in the evaluation and the bidder will be excluded from the evaluation of the offers for this competition. Medical-technical specification of the subject of the order: Special medical supplies intended for coronary interventional treatment, focusing on a dual-lumen support catheter of the OTW type with a 15 cm hydrophilic distal part allowing for rapid exchange and with two depth markers (95 and 105 cm) and with two X-ray contrast markers, at the distal end of the catheter and 8 mm from the distal end of the catheter. The catheter lumen is coated with a silicone layer (MDX) and has a removable stylet. A support catheter with the same characteristics is also required, equipped with a torsional element, which allows the proximal part of the catheter to be secured to the wire so that the guidewire and catheter behave as a single tool. A dual-lumen support microcatheter with the same characteristics is also required, with two OTW lumens running the entire length of the catheter and with a channel for local delivery of diagnostic substances and with three X-ray contrast markers, at the distal tip, 8 mm from the distal tip, and 12 mm from the distal tip. The catheter also serves for subintimal passage of the vessel. An extension guidewire catheter is also required, allowing for rapid exchange with guidewire sizes 5F, 6F, 7F, and 8F, where the inner diameter is approximately 1F size smaller than the guidewire. A catheter with a hydrophilic distal end and a 25 cm distal shaft, a catheter with a short 15 cm distal shaft, and an extension catheter with 9 small perfusion holes in the distal shaft to reduce pressure damping are required. A capture balloon catheter with an integrated shaft and balloon system near the distal end is also required. The insertion system has a lumen for filling the balloon with contrast medium. The insertion system also includes a stop serving as tactile feedback to assist in positioning the balloon in the guidewire and a depth marker to assist in measuring the position. A high-pressure balloon scoring dilatation catheter with three wires located externally along the entire length of the balloon at a 120° angle for controlled plaque disruption is also required.
