SPED – together for education II.

The subject of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive education services for members of the Association of Recipients of European Funds, z. s. The subject of performance includes in particular the following activities: a) Preparation and implementation of training courses led by a competent lecturer; b) Professional training of course participants c) Ensuring the acquisition and involvement of business companies in the Association of Recipients of European Funds, z. s., to fulfill the required scope of person-hours and to meet the required project indicators and subsequent training of their employees after the allocation of de minimis support. d) Costs associated with ensuring courses and lecturers (travel, accommodation, meals, etc.); e) Ensuring training materials for participants - preparation, printing and distribution f) Ensuring training spaces by the supplier (minimum requirements for spaces are listed in the specification of the subject of individual courses, which is listed in Annex No. 2), g) Ensuring the technical equipment necessary for quality education - flipchart or whiteboard, data projector, PC, etc.; h) Ensuring all necessary documentation for the courses according to the call. i) Ensuring photo documentation (in jpg. format) in a minimum scope: two photos from each realized course. j) Compliance with mandatory publicity within the training according to the OPZ+ rules; k) Communication with the contracting authority, solving operational problems and potential project changes, changes in topics in the training plan and schedule according to the needs of the involved member organizations. l) Education will be carried out in the form of courses and seminars, which will be provided by the supplier of educational services. The subject of the public contract also includes services consisting of the organizational provision of educational programs and ensuring the education of selected target groups of the public contract.
