Im Rahmen des Projektes "DBM 2020" und der damit verbundenen Sanierungsmaßnahmen des Deutschen Bergbau- Museums Bochum (DBM) wurde das Montanhistorische Dokumentationszentrum (montan.dok) als sammlungsbezogene Forschungsinfrastruktur des Deutschen Bergbau-Museums Bochum mit den umfangreichen und vielfältigen Sammlungen und Überlieferungen des Hauses in einer Mietfläche auf dem Betriebsgelände der Fa. Heintzmann in Bochum als Interimsstandort vorübergehend angesiedelt. Bis Anfang 2027 soll jetzt der noch im Bau befindliche Neubau als integriertes Depot- und Forschungsgebäude mit Archiv- und Depotflächen sowie Arbeits- und Büroräumen an der Jahrhunderthalle in Bochum soweit fertiggestellt werden, dass mit der Einrichtung und dem Umzug in den Neubau begonnen werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck sucht das DBM einen zuverlässigen und leistungsstarken Speditionspartner, der besagte Sammlungen und Überlieferungen als Kulturgut sowie Büro- und Arbeitsräume fachgerecht transportieren und diese Aufgabe vollumfänglich abwickeln kann. Die dabei benötigten Qualifikationen beinhalten den Transport von Mobiliar, Archiv- und Bibliotheksinhalten incl. Packleistungen, Werkstatteinrichtungen, Ausstellungsexponaten sowie Kunst und Antiquitäten incl. Packleistungen. Des Weiteren sind in Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber div. transportvorbereitende Montagearbeiten bei Archiv- und Bibliothekseinrichtungen sowie sonstigem Mobiliar, Maschinen und Großobjekten erforderlich.
