Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka spektrálního buněčného třídiče s podporou detekce obrazu s ochranou operátorů proti biologickému riziku, jeho montáž, instalace a zprovoznění, a s tím související činnosti včetně bezplatného záručního servisu, zaškolení obsluhujícího personálu a dodání dokumentů týkajících se předmětu koupě. Spektrální průtokový třídič s podporou obrazu, určený pro třídění částic založený na multiparametrické analýze buněk s využitím plnospektrální detekce doplněné o obrazovou analýzu. Systém musí umožňovat simultánní sběr emisí fluorochromů v širokém spektrálním rozsahu, jejich oddělení pomocí unmixing algoritmů a zároveň vizuální ověření a morfologickou klasifikaci buněk v reálném čase ještě před jejich vytříděním.
