Der Leistungs- und Liefergegenstand (LLG) wird die bereits beschafften IT-Systeme am F-35A Campus Büchel im inhaltlichen Gesamtumfang ergänzen. Der LLG beschreibt ein (1) Cyber Security Operation Center / Network Operation Center (CSOC/NOC) und die hierfür benötigte Hardware, Software, die Ausbildung von Bw-Personal und Installation. Dieses CSOC/NOC dient der Sicherstellung der Überwachung und Steuerung relevanter Aktivitäten auf genutzten IT-Systemen. Zudem gehören zwei (2) Netzübergänge mit der dazugehörigen Hardware, Software und Ausbildung zum LLG. Die Netzübergänge zwischen Waffensystem-spezifischen-, Waffensystemübergreifenden- und weiteren nationalen Netzen, verschiedener Schutzbedarfe und Informationsräume, sollen die digitale Informationsübertragung sicherstellen. Abschließend zählen zusätzlich u.a. Festplattenlaufwerke, Desktop-Computer, Projektoren, Multifunktionsgeräte, verschiedene Bildschirme zuzüglich der erforderlichen Peripherie (Patch-, Signal- und Stromkabel), zonierte Laptops, Netzwerkswitche, Medienkonverter und USVs sowie die Ausplanung und Durchführung von Zulassungsvermessungen von einem Teil dieser IT-Komponenten und die notwendige Dokumentation zum LLG. Der hier beauftragte LLG umfasst: • System 1 CSOC/NOC • System 2 Netzkopplung • System 3 Peripherie / DEU GFE Weitere Anteile dieser Beschaffung sind Dokumente zu Materialgrundlagen und Unterlagen zu Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Ergonomie, diverse Software, Schulung und Ausbildung sowie Installation und Inbetriebnahme des Systems 1 CSOC/NOC. Zusätzliche Angaben zur Menge und dem Umfang sind der Anlage E4 zu entnehmen. Die Leistungsbeschreibung wird den geeigeten Teilnehmern mit der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe zur Verfügung gestellt.
