Udbuddet omfatter jord-, kloak- og belægningsarbejder for etablering af ledningsanlæg for kloak, i Søvej, Strandgården Vest, Strandgården Øst, Strand-gården Tværvej, Kastrupvej samt enkelte ejendomme på Bjergskovvej og Tobjergvej i området ved Kastrup Strand (Etape 1). Spildevandet fra området vil via afskærende ledningsanlæg blive afledt til behandling på Holbæk Renseanlæg. Arbejdets omfang består af følgende omtrentlige hovedmængder: - Ca. 3.300 m ø160 – ø200 mm gravitationsledninger inkl. tilhørende brønde. - Ca. 2.000 m ø110 mm trykledninger. - Nye stikledninger til ejendomme inkl. skelbrønde. - Opbrydning og retablering af belægninger over udgravning på alle veje og øvrige arealer, hvor der etableres ledningsanlæg. - TV-inspektion af udførte ledninger herunder stikledninger til skelbrønd. En detaljeret beskrivelse af indholdet og omfanget af arbejderne fremgår af det vedlagte udbudsmaterialet. Anvendelse af udbudslovens § 83 for Etape 2 og Etape 3: Bygherre forventer at indkøbe yderligere opgaver hos den vindende tilbudsgiver ved gennemførelse af udbud med forhandling uden forudgående bekendtgørelse efter udbudslovens § 83 for efterfølgende tilsvarende spilvandskloakeringsprojekter (”gentagelsesprojekt”) for Etape 2 og Etape 3.
