Udbuddet omfatter jord-, kloak- og belægningsarbejder for etablering af ledningsanlæg for kloak, i Søvej, Strandgården Vest, Strandgården Øst, Strand-gården Tværvej, Kastrupvej samt enkelte ejendomme på Bjergskovvej og Tobjergvej i området ved Kastrup Strand (Etape 1). Spildevandet fra området vil via afskærende ledningsanlæg blive afledt til behandling på Holbæk Renseanlæg. Arbejdets omfang består af følgende omtrentlige hovedmængder: • Ca. 3.300 m ø160 – ø200 mm gravitationsledninger inkl. tilhørende brønde. • Ca. 2.000 m ø110 mm trykledninger. • Nye stikledninger til ejendomme inkl. skelbrønde. • Opbrydning og retablering af belægninger over udgravning på alle veje og øvrige arealer, hvor der etableres ledningsanlæg. • TV-inspektion af udførte ledninger herunder stikledninger til skelbrønd. Ordregiver har ikke opdelt kontrakten i delkontrakter, idet Ordregiver vurderer, at en opdeling vil medføre en række uhensigtsmæssige juridiske og praktiske grænseflader.
