Description

Auf der Sportanlage St. Jakob soll mit der Umnutzung des ehemaligen Werkhofareals an zentraler Lage eine Gastronomiezone entstehen. Mit dem Projekt soll der 1934 bis 1936 von Julius Maurizio erstellte Gebäudebestand erhalten werden. Der zweigeschossige Massivbau soll das gastronomische Angebot einer Buvette für die Nutzer der Sportanlagen während der Betriebszeiten in der warmen Jahreszeit anbieten. Der eingeschossige Holzbau mit Pultdach soll einen Sportgastronomie-Bereich mit der Infrastruktur für auf dem Sportareal stattfindende Anlässe dort ansässiger Sportvereine, Schulen und Sportveranstalter bereitstellen.
