Sports facilities, cultural institutions

Within the scope of the contract, the daily, monthly, major, occasional, and post-emergency cleaning of sports facilities and cultural institutions maintained by the Municipality of Budapest XIII. District, covering a total of 18,787 m2 of area to be cleaned with a quantitative deviation of 3,106 m2, in addition to - as part of the basic task - de-icing an additional 1,300 m2 area during the winter periods as follows: 1. Budapest XIII., József Attila tér 4. (Angyalföldi József Attila Cultural Center /AJAMK/) 5,550 m2 - Monday to Thursday between 06:00–20:00 with 2 people (at a lump sum fee), - Friday between 06:00-22:00 with 2 people (at a lump sum fee), - Saturdays for 12 working hours with 1 person, or more people with divided hours for 12 working hours (at a lump sum fee), - Sundays and holidays upon special order. 2. Budapest XIII., Dagály utca 15/a (Angyalföldi Children's and Youth House /AGYIH/) 918 m2 - in normal working hours on weekdays between 07:00–10:30 with 2 people, between 10:30-21:00 with 1 person (at a lump sum fee), - on weekends and holidays upon special order, 3. Major cleaning of Tücsöktanya playground monthly, at a pre-arranged time (at a lump sum fee). 4. Budapest XIII., Tátra u. 20/b (Újlipótvárosi Club-Gallery /ÚKG/) 323 m2 - on weekdays for 2 working hours per day with 1 person, according to schedule (at a lump sum fee), - additional work before exhibition openings, occasionally 2 working hours with 1 person, 25 times per year +/- 3 times (at a lump sum fee). 5. Budapest XIII., Kárpát utca 23. (RaM - Radnóti Miklós Cultural Center /RaM/) 6,885 m2, of which the theater wing is 2,210 m2 and the Rock Hall is 896 m2 with quantitative deviation, the cleaning of these latter two locations will be decided by the Contracting Authority on a case-by-case basis, to be performed at a lump sum fee, and if ordered, it is a continuous task and not an occasional one) - daily (including weekends) in the following breakdown, in normal working hours between 06:00–11:30 with 4 people, between 11:30-16:00 with 2 people, between 16:00-22:30 with 2 people (at a lump sum fee), - on holidays (without quantitative deviation) in normal working hours between 06:00-22:30 with 2 people (at a lump sum fee), - in areas with quantitative deviation daily (including weekends and holidays) in normal working hours between 06:00-23:00 with 1 person (at a lump sum fee). 6. Budapest XIII., Pannónia utca 18. (PannKa Community Space) 341 m2 - on weekdays in normal working hours between 18:30–20:30 with 2 people (at a lump sum fee), - on weekends by prior arrangement for 2 working hours (at a lump sum fee), - major cleaning once a month, at a pre-arranged time (at a lump sum fee). 7. Budapest XIII., Újpesti rkp. 6. (PannKa Part Community Space) 289 m2 - on weekdays (between 09.01-06.21) in normal working hours between 18:30–20:30 with 2 people (at a lump sum fee), - on weekends by prior arrangement for 2 working hours (at a lump sum fee), - during the summer break (between 06.22-08.31) once a week for 2 working hours (at a lump sum fee), - major cleaning once a month (except for July), at a pre-arranged time (at a lump sum fee). 8. Budapest XIII., Rozsnyay u. 4. (Angyalföld Sports Center /ASK/) 3,441 m2 - on weekdays in normal working hours between 06:00–10:00 with 2 people, between 10:00-22:00 with 1 person (at a lump sum fee), - twice a week, machine cleaning of the hall floor with waxing, usually starting at 22:00 and/or at pre-arranged times and days (at a lump sum fee), - on weekends and holidays, calculated in advance according to the schedule, 28 working hours per day with 1 person, or 28 working hours divided among several people (at a lump sum fee). 9. Budapest Margitsziget, Hajós Alfréd sétány 1. (Petőfi Sándor Day Camp /MSZIG/) 556 m2 - major cleaning in April at a pre-arranged time - including the kitchen and operational areas - (at a lump sum fee) and upon special orders. - operating hours during the school summer break, on weekdays between 07:00-19:00 with 1 person (at a lump sum fee), - on weekends and at times other than those mentioned above, upon special order...
