Sports field LED walls, LED borders procurement 2025

This tender concerns the procurement and installation of various LED display solutions intended for sports fields. The primary focus is on acquiring specialized LED border screens (perimeter screens) designed for installation along the sidelines of sports fields. A total of 80 units are required, each featuring a pixel pitch of maximum P6.6 (6.67 mm), dimensions of at least 960 mm x 960 mm x 100 mm, and a weight not exceeding 30 kg. These units must be constructed with aluminum profiles, possess an IP66 rating or better for dust and water resistance, and have a maximum power consumption of 500 W/m2. The tender also includes the supply of 10 LED advertising boards mounted on rolling stands, capable of seamless horizontal connection to form a single 1080p resolution unit for dynamic content display. These boards should have dimensions of at least 610 mm x 1695 mm x 69 mm and a maximum power consumption of 450 W/m2. Additionally, 10 units of 65-inch signage display TVs with wall mounts are required, featuring a minimum viewing angle of 178° (H/V), a contrast ratio of at least 1200:1, a minimum screen diagonal of 65 inches, brightness of at least 500 cd/m², 1.07 billion color depth, and a minimum resolution of 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD) at 60 Hz, with a maximum power consumption of 330W. Finally, the tender specifies one 135-inch and one 162-inch mobile LED wall, both on rolling stands. These larger screens require a minimum viewing angle of 178° (H/V), a contrast ratio of at least 6000:1, and a brightness of at least 600 cd/m². The 135-inch screen needs a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 and consumes a maximum of 1600W, while the 162-inch screen also requires a minimum 1920 x 1080 resolution but has a maximum power consumption of 3000W. All supplied devices must belong to a single brand and be accompanied by a manufacturer-provided content management software. The cost of this software must be integrated into the unit price of the LED border screens if not provided free of charge.
