Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie strategicznych map hałasu (SMH) dla dróg wojewódzkich zarządzanych przez Mazowiecki Zarząd Dróg Wojewódzkich w Warszawie (MZDW), po których rocznie przejeżdża ponad 3 000 000 pojazdów, wraz z przygotowaniem kompletu danych identyfikujących, przestrzennych i sprawozdawczych zgodnie z przepisami prawa obowiązującymi na dzień 13 marca 2026 r. oraz wymaganiami Głównego Inspektora Ochrony Środowiska (GIOŚ) i systemu EHAŁAS-M.
