[Special Notes]
*1 If corrosive gases (acidic or alkaline) are present in the surrounding environment or intake air where this unit is installed, it may lead to corrosion gas leakage in the heat exchanger section. If this is a concern, conduct an environmental survey and take corrosion countermeasures as appropriate.
*2 For humidity control specifications, connecting general tap water or ultrapure water for humidification water supply may cause clogging, corrosion, or scale buildup in the humidification system. Therefore, be sure to connect pure water (1-10 μS/cm).
Do not allow the cooling water temperature to drop below 15°C, as this may cause equipment failure due to freezing.
If you have any questions, please consult your dealer.
(2) When using a cooling tower, select the cooling water circulation pump and cooling tower based on the table below and in consultation with a specialized vendor.
Also, this unit is equipped with a flow control valve in the cooling water circuit. When the unit stops operating, the cooling water flow decreases, so install a circuit that bypasses the cooling water to the cooling tower using a relief valve, etc.
Standard Cooling Water Flow Rate (m3/h) | Cooling Tower Capacity (kW)
---|---
*1 1.8 | 13.6
*1 At maximum cooling capacity with maximum rated air flow, and a cooling water inlet/outlet temperature difference of 6.5°C.
(3) Use within the environmental conditions. Failure to do so may result in poor temperature control, activation of protective devices, or equipment failure.
(4) Use within the rated air flow range.
(5) If used outside the specified range, condensation may occur inside the unit, potentially leading to water dripping outside.
(6) Always use insulated ducts for connecting ducts. The performance guarantee condition is a duct length of 5m or less.
If branching the air circuit, avoid branching immediately after the air conditioner outlet, as temperature (humidity) differences may occur in the duct depending on the operating conditions and usage environment. Branch at a point slightly away from the outlet.
(7) Connect a flexible duct to the control air outlet.
(8) Remove the protective tube from the temperature sensor and install it in a location where it is sufficiently exposed to the control air. Handle the sensor body carefully to avoid impact during installation.
(9) Use water within the water quality standards in the table below (Note 1) for cooling water. Poor water quality can cause circuit clogging or leaks due to corrosion.
(10) Install a strainer or water filter before the cooling water inlet depending on the water quality used.
(11) Keep the cooling water clean at all times and clean the cooling water circuit periodically. Insufficient maintenance can reduce thermal efficiency, activate safety devices, or cause corrosion of the cooling water side heat exchanger.
(12) Do not stand on or place objects on the product. This may cause falls, injuries, or electric shock due to spilled water.
(13) Phase loss during operation can cause equipment failure.
(14) The measured values for operating status monitoring are for reference only. Errors may occur depending on the usage environment.
