1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Zamawiającego - Działu Oczyszczalnia Ścieków przy ul. Produkcyjnej 102, 15-680 Białystok dla: a) Przyłącza nr 1 dla PPE: nr 590543510101338002 – moc przyłączeniowa 2 750 kW; b) Przyłącza nr 2 dla PPE: nr 590543510100961935 – moc przyłączeniowa 2 750 kW; 2.Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: a) Zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Działu Oczyszczalnia Ścieków. b) Zamówienie powinno zostać wykonane zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne oraz aktami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy i Polskimi Normami. c) Szacunkowa ilość zakupionej energii elektrycznej wynosi 9 000 MWh. d) Zamawiający informuje, że prognoza zużycia wskazana powyżej stanowi jedynie przybliżoną wartość. Faktyczne zużycie energii uzależnione będzie wyłącznie od rzeczywistych potrzeb Zamawiającego. e) Zamawiający informuje, że minimalna ilość zakupionej energii elektrycznej wynosi 4 600 MWh w okresie trwania umowy.
