Original language: PolishSprzedaż i dostawa zestawu do badań aktywności mikrobiolgicznej odpadów dla Wydziału Technologiczno – Przyrodniczego Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ: a) Zaproponowany asortyment musi być nowy, nieużywany, wolny od wad, a jego parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne nie niższe niż przedstawione w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ. b) Zamawiający dopuszcza składania ofert równoważnych. Wszędzie tam, gdzie Zamawiający opisuje przedmiot zamówienia poprzez wskazanie znaków towarowych, patentów lub odniesienie do norm, europejskich ocen technicznych, aprobat, pochodzenia, specyfikacji technicznych i/lub systemów referencji technicznych, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym. c) Wymagania dotyczące gwarancji: Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do udzielenia gwarancji nie krótszej niż wymagana w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia-zał. nr 1.1 do SWZ liczonej od dnia podpisania przez obie strony protokołu odbioru (bez zastrzeżeń) przedmiotu zamówienia.
