V rámci technických instalací bude zasaženo do elektroinstalace dle požadavku zadavatele na výměnu rozvaděčů, budou provedeny nové rozvody a zásuvky v učebnách, změna v rozvaděči na chodbě. Nově bude provedena výměna podlahové krytiny, vysprávky omítek, nové malby stěn a stropů a vytápění.
