Der Bauherr, die Stiftung Katholische Freie Schule der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart, beabsichtigt am Standort in Reutlingen, das bestehende Schulzentrum St. Wolfgang, um ein Ganztagesgebäude zu erweitern Die Baugenehmigung für das Bauvorhaben liegt bereits vor, so dass die Leistungsphasen 1-4 bereits erbracht wurden. Auch wurde der Fördermittelantrag „VWV Investitionsprogramm Ganztagesausbau“ bereits eingereicht. Mit dem Zuwendungsbescheid wird im Laufe von Q2/2026 gerechnet. Hierdurch ist der Bauherr verpflichtet, das Bauvorhaben gem. § 99 GWB als öffentlicher Bauherr durchzuführen. Die Vergabe der Bauleistungen erfolgt gewerkeweise in Einzelvergaben. Daher ist es für alle Beteiligten zwingend erforderlichen die dadurch entstehenden Rahmenbedingungen rechtskonform durchzuführen, um die Fördermittel nicht zu gefährden. Daneben ist wesentliche Zielsetzung ein in Planung, Bau und Betrieb wirtschaftlich optimiertes Gebäude, das in der architektonischen und funktionalen Umsetzung des Raumprogrammes und der Wirtschaftlichkeit (Bau, Betrieb, Zweckmäßigkeit und Unterhaltung, Nachhaltigkeit und innovative Gebäudetechnik) den Anforderungen des Bauherrn gerecht wird. Der Auftrag erfolgt nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI und beinhaltet die Leistungsphasen 5-8 gem. § 55 HOAI sowie ggf. Besondere Leistungen für die Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 8. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Direkt beauftragt wird die Stufe 1 (Leistungsphasen 5-7). Die Beauftragung ab der Stufe 2 (Leistungsphase 8) sowie sämtlicher Besonderer Leistungen werden optional erfolgen, ohne dass hierauf ein Rechtsanspruch besteht.
