State Secondary School Vaterstetten - Renovation of Science Rooms, Technical Equipment Planning, Science Room Equipment LPH 1-9 -- The State Secondary School Vaterstetten Association plans the renovation of the existing science rooms at the State Secondary School Vaterstetten, Neue Poststraße 6, 85598 Baldham. The science rooms have remained virtually unchanged since the school was built in 1982 and are in need of renovation. The rooms no longer meet the requirements of the current curriculum and offer too little space for practical exercises with the tiered seating and inflexible furniture. The rooms are located on the ground floor of the old south wing, half a floor below the corridor level, and are not accessible barrier-free. The skylight glazing is also energetically outdated and contributes to the overheating of the rooms. The central location of the science rooms within the school complex also requires a concept for a possible construction process during ongoing school operations. As part of the renovation of the science rooms, an inspection of the main ventilation unit in the basement directly below the main entrance area, which supplies the science rooms as well as the auditorium and other rooms in the basement and ground floor, is also planned. Simultaneously with the renovation of the science rooms, the damaged roof rafters on the eaves on the west side of the building are to be renovated. A change in the building's cubature is not possible due to the additive combination of the old building and extension I complexes, nor is an extension to the south directly adjacent to the science wing possible. – The subject of the contract are the services of technical equipment planning and science room equipment LPH 1-9 according to HOAI 2021. The contract will be awarded in stages according to § 55 HOAI. In case of an order, performance phases 1 and 2 will be commissioned as the first stage 1. The client will decide on any further commissioning of the performance stages in the further course of the procedure. No claims for the transfer of further performance stages or further services can be derived from the staged commissioning. The construction costs (Cost Groups 200 - 600) are estimated at approx. 5.2 million Euros. -- Planning is expected to begin promptly after the order is placed, likely in April 2026. Site setup could therefore begin in January 2027, with commissioning planned for March 2028. – The special services are designed as options that the client can call upon, but is not obliged to do so. -- The contract will be based on the Certiform/Boorberg contract template.
