Gebäudeplanung Der Freistaat Sachsen, vertreten durch das Sächsische Immobilien- und Baumanagement, Niederlassung Dresden I, Königsbrücker Straße 80 beabsichtigt die Komplexsanierung des Ministerialgebäudes am Carolaplatz (MGC). Der Gebäudekomplex soll einschließlich der Gebäudehülle, incl. Dächern und Fassaden umfassend bauteilweise saniert und zeitgemäß erneuert werden, um einen klimaschonenden und energieeffizienten Gebäudebetrieb zu ermöglichen. Zudem sollen bauteilweise notwendige, umfangreichere Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten sowie modernisierende Anpassungen in Innenbereichen durchgeführt werden. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung sind Objektplanungsleistungen gemäß HOAI § 34 ff. i. V. m. Anlage 10 der Lph 5 bis 8 (z. T. Lph 4) für den Teil der ehem. Energetischen Sanierung (TM 1), sowie die Lph 3, 5 bis 8 für die Teile Strangsanierung WC + Teeküchen (TM 2), die Lph 2-3 und 5-8 (TM 3) für die Verbesserung der Sicherheit der Ein-gangsbereiche in den Foyers sowie die Lph 2-8 (TM 4) für die Umsetzung der baulich- technischen Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäß Sicherheitskonzept.
