Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, Fachplanungsleistungen für Küchentechnik (Technische Ausrüs-tung, Anlagengruppe 7 - Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen gemäß HOAI § 55 i.V.m. Anlage 15.2) sowie Brandschutzplanungsleistungen (gemäß AHO) für den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgebäudes und eines Bauhofs in Schwalbach am Taunus zu vergeben. Der Auftraggeber gibt folgende voraussichtliche Meilensteine vor: - Abschluss Leistungsphase 3 (Kostenberechnung): IV. Quartal 2026 - Abschluss Leistungsphase 4 (Bauantrag): IV. Quartal 2026 / I. Quartal 2027 - Spätester Baubeginn: März 2028 - Späteste Übergabe nach Fertigstellung/Inbetriebnahme: März 2030 Die Beauftragung je Los erfolgt stufenweise wie folgt: - Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 (Grundlagenermittlung, Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, Genehmigungsplanung) - Los 1 und Los 2 - Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 5 bis 7 (Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung der Vergabe, Mit-wirkung bei der Vergabe) für Los 1; für Los 2 (Brandschutz) nur Leistungsphase 5 (Aus-führungsplanung). - Stufe 3: Leistungsphasen 8 bis 9 (Objektüberwachung - Bauüberwachung, Objektbetreuung) für Los 1; für Los 2 (Brandschutz) nur Leistungsphase 8 (Objektüberwachung).
