Original language: GermanDie Stadt Soltau hat beschlossen, die 1975 erbaute Wilhelm-Busch-Schule durch einen Neubau auf der benachbarten Freifläche zu ersetzen werden. Zielsetzung ist eine moderne, 4-zügige Grundschule als Ganztagsschule mit Mensabetrieb und Zweifeldhalle. Im Rahmen einer Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchung wurde die Umsetzung im Wege einer Gesamtvergabe der Planungs- und Bauleistungen an einen Totalunternehmer empfohlen. Dabei werden die Entwurfsplanung, die Genehmigungsplanung, die Bauüberwachung und die schlüsselfertige Errichtung vom Totalunternehmer erbracht. Die Endfinanzierung erfolgt durch die Stadt Soltau. Die Baukosten liegen bei rd. 35,5 Mio. Euro.
