Ergebnis der OSA und Ziel der vorliegenden Entwurfsplanung ist der Ersatzneubau des Überbaus, nach aktuellem Regelwerk, mit Erhaltung und Ertüchtigung der Unterbauten (Widerlager und Flügelwände). Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von folgenden Planungsleistungen: - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung für den Abbruch der Bestandsbrücke nach § 49 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 (zu § 51 Absatz 5, § 52 Absatz 2 HOAI) in den Leistungsphasen 4 bis 6 sowie Objektüberwachung (Besondere Leistung nach LPH 8). - Leistungen der Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke für den Neubau der Stadtbrücke nach § 41 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 12 (zu § 43 Abs. 4, § 48 Abs. 5 HOAI) ) in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 sowie Örtliche Bauüberwachung - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung für den Neubau der Brücke nach § 49 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 (zu § 51 Absatz 5, § 52 Absatz 2 HOAI) in den Leistungsphasen 4 bis 6 sowie Objektüberwachung (Besondere Leistung nach LPH 8). - Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung in den Anlagengruppen 4 und 6 für den Neubau der Stadtbrücke nach § 53 HOAI i.V.m.
