Original language: GermanGegenstand des Auftrags sind die zur Umsetzung des Vorhabens erforderlichen Ingenieurleistungen zum Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 Abs.1 HOAI mit den entsprechenden Leistungsphasen. Ziel der Stadt Hamm ist es, das Gebäude einer ganzheitlichen Sanierung zu unterziehen, um es als Stadtteil- und Jugendzentrum optimal zu nutzen. Dabei sollen neben der technischen Ertüchtigung auch funktionale, gestalterische und energetische Verbesserungen umgesetzt werden. Besondere Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Herstellung eines sicheren Brandschutzkonzeptes, der Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit, der räumlichen Flexibilität so wie der Schaffung einer zeitgemäßen Aufenthaltsqualität.
