Original language: GermanDer Perlachturm steht unter Denkmalschutz! Die neue Treppenanlage aus orthogonalen / diagonalen Treppenläufen sowie einer Wendeltreppe ist durch den offenen Turmschaft (L/B ca. 5,3/4m) von oben zu montieren. Die Anlage ist 39 m hoch, besteht aus 23 Treppenläufe und 4 Ebenen. Über Auflagerschwerter wird die Konstruktion im historischen Mauerwerk aufgelagert. Zur Ausführung kommen 20mm starke Bleche für die Wangen, 10mm Bl. für Trittstufen, 8mm Bl. für Setzstufen , 30mm Bleche für die Auflagerschwerter. Diese sind als Faltwerk im Turmschaft zu verschweißen. Die Schweißarbeiten sind in Ausführungsklasse EXC3 herzustellen. Es werden 56 t Stahl verbaut. Für die Montage werden Gerüste erforderlich. Die Treppe wird mit einer Ausbauebene versehen, diese beinhaltet die ELT-Leitungsführung und Trittschallbedämpfung. Handläufe, Kontraststreifen und Inlays sind in Messing herzustellen. Die Leistung des AN umfasst die Herstellung von Schutzmaßnahmen, Aufmaß, Werkstattzeichnungen, Lackierarbeiten.
