Original language: GermanDer Landkreis Karlsruhe plant im Zuge der Neugestaltung des Landratsamtareals u.a. die Errichtung eines neuen Dienstgebäudes als Ersatz der bisherigen Bebauung am Standort Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. Zukünftig sollen an diesem Standort mehrere Dienststellen zusammengefasst werden und eine zukunftsweisende Neubebauung für den Landkreis Karlsruhe für ca. 1.000 Mitarbeiter.innen entstehen. Die Nutzung des Neubaus ist u.a. vorgesehen mit öffentlichen Servicebereichen des Landratsamtes Karlsruhe, öffentlichen Konferenzbereichen, Büroräumen, einem Betriebsrestaurant, Seminar- und Schulungsbereichen für externe Mieter, einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage, Solzialräumen, Nebenräumen, eine Kindertagesstätte und eine Berufsschule in Sondereigentum. Das Gebäude besitzt einen L-förmigen Grundriss mit seiner größten Ausdehnung in Ost-West-Richtung (unterirdisch) über alles von ca. 147m und einer Länge in Nord-Süd-Richtung von ca. 87m. Dieser Grundrissplot erstreckt sich unterirdisch bis in das 2. Untergeschoss und oberirdisch bis in das 4.Obergeschoss (Bereiche Flachbau). Ab dem 5. Obergeschoss wird das Gebäude auf den Hochhausgrundriss reduziert, der sich etwa im Zentrum des L-förmigen Flachbaus befindet und einen rechteckigen Grundriss von ca. 26,6m x 34,7m aufweist. Der Hochhausgrundriss wird bis in das 23. Obergeschoss geführt, womit das Gebäude dann eine Höhe von 89,90m aufweist. Die Ausführung des Los 1 des Gewerks "Stahlblechtüren, Toranlagen und Brandschutzschiebetore II" umfasst die Lieferung und betriebsfertige Montage von Stahlblechtüren samt Türzubehör in den Ebenen E0 bis einschließlich E23sowie alle damit verbundenen Leistungen. Der Auftragsumfang umfasst folgenden wesentlichen Leistungsumfang: - ca. 17 Stück Stahlblech-Mehrzwecktüren - ca. 100 Stück Stahlblech-Brandschutztüren T30 - ca. 19 Stück Stahlblech-Brandschutztüren T90 - ca. 2 Stück Fluchtwegsteuerungen, inkl. Verkabelung und Anschlussarbeiten - Wartungsarbeiten
