Original language: GermanDie Schweizerische Bundesbahnen SBB, Bern, («Auftraggeberin») ist als spezialgesetzliche Aktiengesellschaft und Unternehmen des öffentlichen Rechts verpflichtet, ihre Beschaffungen in regelmässigen Abständen hinsichtlich Wirtschaftlichkeit, Zweckmässigkeit und Qualität zu überprüfen und marktgerecht auszurichten. Im Sinne einer kontinuierlichen Optimierung ihrer Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme strebt die Auftraggeberin eine nachhaltige Steigerung der Effizienz in der Logistik sowie eine fortlaufende Verbesserung der Kostenstruktur an. Ziel ist es, durch Standardisierung und Bündelung qualitativ hochwertige und wirtschaftliche Lösungen sicherzustellen. Zur Erreichung dieser Zielsetzungen werden im Bereich der Standardtauschgebinde und Ladehilfsmittel folgende strategische Schwerpunkte verfolgt: • SBB-Personenverkehr-weite Standardisierung der eingesetzten Gebindetypen • Volumenkonzentration bei definierten Standardgebinden • Hohe Bedienerfreundlichkeit für Logistikpersonal und Endnutzer Vor diesem Hintergrund werden die Beschaffungsvolumen für folgende Standardgebinde am Markt angefragt: • Standardgebinde / Palette EUR 1 inkl. Rahmen und Deckel • SBB F-Gebinde inkl. Rahmen • SBB G-Gebinde inkl. Rahmen Mit dieser Ausschreibung wird eine Bündelung der Bedarfe auf einen leistungsfähigen Anbieter angestrebt, um einheitliche Prozesse, klare Verantwortlichkeiten sowie eine nachhaltige Versorgungssicherheit sicherzustellen. Von den potenziellen Anbietern wird erwartet, dass sie über geeignete Produktions- und Lieferkapazitäten verfügen, die ökologisch Nachhaltigkeit würdigen, marktgerechte Preise anbieten sowie moderne logistische und organisatorische Strukturen einsetzen. Zudem wird vorausgesetzt, dass sie flexibel auf Bedarfsänderungen reagieren und eine partnerschaftliche, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit der Auftraggeberin gewährleisten. Diese Ausschreibung dient der Auftragsvergabe für vier Jahre und enthält zwei Optionen für je ein Jahr (total maximal sechs Jahre).
