4.2. Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених, рахунків та видаткових накладних Постачальника впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару. 4.3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з моменту надходження коштів, передбачених на дану закупівлю, на рахунок Замовника. 5.1. Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товару Замовнику разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах цього Договору, до 20 грудня 2026 року включно за кінцевим місцем призначення Харківська область. Товар поставляється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після отримання Постачальником заявки Замовника.
