Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (DCITS) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a Lift 7 Goods Lift Replacement at at State Theatre Centre of WA . The Work includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing lift equipment, including machine room equipment. Provision of new Machine Room Less Lift. Upgrade earthing system. New/upgrade mains switchboard in machine room. New landing doors and hangers, tracks rollers and locks on all levels. Strengthening of car and landing sills for heavy loading (3000Kg) Lift communications system. Work Health and Safety Requirements. AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Regulations.
