Station Assistants and Service Services in medbo Facilities

This tender concerns the provision of station assistants and service personnel for facilities operated by medbo. The scope of work is divided into two main categories: Station Assistants and Service Personnel.

The Station Assistants will perform duties from Monday to Sunday, integrated into the daily ward routine. Their primary role is to support clinical staff by managing food and beverage services for patients and residents. Specific tasks include controlling food deliveries, verifying special dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, vegan options), preparing and serving meals, preparing beverages like coffee and tea, transporting food to wards, handling dishwashing, cleaning distribution kitchens, buffets, dining areas, and food trolleys, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates, and ordering food supplies. In some areas, they will also be responsible for preparing and clearing trolleys for events.

The Service Personnel will operate from Monday to Friday, with potential services required on Sundays and public holidays. Currently, services are exclusively provided on Station 23b from Monday to Sunday. These personnel are also integrated into the ward routine, assisting clinical staff with logistics and material supply, bed preparation, and associated cleaning tasks. Their responsibilities include restocking nursing cabinets, refilling consumables, managing laundry services, performing regular bed preparation, transporting beds and washbasins to the central area, and conducting cleaning and disinfection activities within their defined scope.
