Dit ga je doen: Gemeente Noordoostpolder groeit door! Vanaf de drooglegging heeft onze pioniersgeest niet stilgezeten. Dit trekt ook andere bedrijven en inwoners die zich hier ook willen vestigen. Wij merken dat de Polder in een transitie zit vanuit een sterk agrarische polder naar een polder gem?leerdere omgeving met een goede balans tussen wonen, werken, ondernemen, recre?ren, en boeren. De stedenbouwers binnen de gemeente geven hier mede vorm aan. Vanuit het doordachte ontwerp van het platteland, dorpen en stad willen wij dit door ontwikkelen naar de toekomst. Het is onze creativiteit om oplossingen te bieden die alle belangen tegemoetkomen binnen dit uniek stukje Nederland. Wij zijn op zoek naar een stedenbouwer om ons te helpen om voor ruimtelijke kwaliteit te gaan bij de dagelijkse praktijk van bouwen en verbouwen. Je beoordeelt bouwplannen aan de hand van onze welstandsnota, beeldkwaliteitsplannen, bestemmingsplannen en andere ruimtelijke visies. Met jouw adviezen draag je bij aan een aantrekkelijke, leefbare en toekomstbestendige omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de stedenbouwkundigen en stadsbouwmeester. Ook heb je veel contact met vergunningverleners, beleidsmedewerkers, interne projectleiders en de architecten waarvan jij de bouwplannen toetst. Daarnaast: Toetsen van bouwplannen aan onze welstandsnota, beeldkwaliteitsplannen en andere ruimtelijke visies. Adviseren van initiatiefnemers over ruimtelijke kwaliteit en ontwerp op basis van geldend beleid. Adviezen opstellen over initiatieven voor de omgevingstafel van het gemeentelijk initiatiefproces. Dit doe je vanuit de discipline stedenbouw en ruimtelijke kwaliteit op basis van onze diverse toetsingskaders. Adviseren op ruimtelijke projecten binnen Emmeloord, de dorpen en ons landelijk gebied. Deelnemen aan (interne en externe) overleggen, waaronder het welstandsspreekuur en werkgroepen rond beleidsvorming. Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van het welstandsbeleid. Signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van stedenbouw en hier proactief naar handelen.
