Binnen het domein Ruimte zijn wij op zoek naar twee Stedenbouwkundig Adviseurs.Wat ga je doen?.De stedenbouwkundig adviseur verzorgt het stedenbouwkundig advies in verzoeken om bestemmingsplanafwijkingen, in afwijkingsprocedures en in (ruimtelijke) projecten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het opstellen van beleid.Het werkveld is breed:Van advisering in bouwplannen, tot het opstellen van randvoorwaarden en uitgangspunten ten behoeve van complexe ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en de planbegeleiding naar een eindontwerp;Van het toetsen van ruimtelijke onderbouwingen en bestemmingsplannen tot advisering en ontwerpwerkzaamheden in multidisciplinaire projecten en;Het ondersteunen in beleidsontwikkeling.De stedenbouwkundig adviseur werkt vanuit de gedachte van de omgevingswet; integraal werken, loslaten waar het kan en regelen wat moet. Je hebt er plezier in om te werken in het belangenveld tussen gemeente, het initiatief en de omgeving, en om tegenstellingen te overbruggen.Ook vind de stedenbouwkundig adviseur het leuk om samen te werken met diverse disciplines en partijen. Intern heb je contact met bijvoorbeeld projectleiders, omgevingsadviseurs, beleidsadviseurs, alsook het bestuur en het management. Extern vindt overleg plaats met initiatiefnemers en hun adviseurs, als ook met omwonenden, de woningbouwvereniging en maatschappelijke partijen over de inpassing en uitwerking van ruimtelijke initiatieven. Vanzelfsprekend is er veel contact met de twee vaste stedenbouwkundigen, welke de directe collega?s zijn. Met hun worden de gevraagde werkzaamheden nader verdeeld.De werkverdeling moet nog plaatsvinden, maar het kan zijn dat je wordt ingezet op dossiers en projecten op het gebied van woningbouw, bedrijventerreinen, Omgevingswet en mogelijk ook op het gebied van beleid.
