Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Diemen
Gevraagd wordt om stedenbouwkundige begeleiding voor de gebiedsontwikkeling Holland Park. Het betreft de verdere ontwikkeling van deelgebieden Holland Park West en Holland Park Zuid en het bewaken van de overall kwaliteit en samenhang binnen de gehele gebiedsontwikkeling. De nog te ontwikkelen plandelen behelzen circa 1.250 woningen met voorzieningen, waarbij ook de (semi) openbare ruimte wordt ontworpen en aangelegd. Enkele bouwplannen zijn in uitvoering (circa 750 woningen).
De duur van de gevraagde werkzaamheden betreft (circa) 7 jaar, waarvan 3 jaargangen actieve ontwikkeltrajecten zijn en de overige jaargangen met name de kwaliteit in de realisatiefase bewaakt wordt. Voor de ontwikkeljaren wordt uitgegaan van een inzet van circa 400 uur per jaar, aflopend naar circa 100 uur per jaar in de daaropvolgende periode.
